Indiana State Museum Wedding | Day of Coordinator | Stacey & Taylor
The Indiana State Museum provides a stately backdrop for the perfect wedding day. I just love the grandness the lobby provides for the reception and the excellent service provided by Kahn’s Catering for set up and break down.
When I first met Stacey, she brought a binder and planner designated for the wedding day to our meeting; an organized bride really knows the way to a planner's heart! She knew exactly what she wanted and we did everything we could to make her wedding day dreams come true.
Stacey's dream day included a ceremony on the Canal at the Indiana State Museum with the city in the backdrop, but the rain just wouldn't hold off. 604 Studios managed to snag some stunning photos of the couple just before the clouds unleashed. The overlook bridge at the state museum provided beautiful natural light; we couldn't have asked for a better alternative.
After the ceremony, guests gathered on the stairs for a group photo before enjoying cocktail hour. Toasts were provided by Stacey and Taylor's fathers, a beautiful personal touch which left the guests laughing and tearing up all at once. The party danced into the night, ending with a sparkler send off; the city standing tall in the background, with just a drizzle of rain for good luck to the happy couple.
Stacey and Taylor - thank you for entrusting us to bring your wedding day together. The candle story is one for the history books ;) We loved witnessing the joy and laughter the two of you share and wish for it to last a lifetime.
