Corporate Event Planner for Conferences, Fundraisers & Festivals
Planning large-scale events requires meticulous attention to detail and anticipating needs before you even know you have them. As your corporate event planner, we plan for the imaginable and unimaginable alike. This includes the large-scale essentials, such as mapping out your event timeline, securing technology for presenters, and setting up room blocks for your guests, as well as the seemingly inconsequential but critical details like entry and egress points, number of trash cans and bathrooms, power needs, guest dietary restrictions, and more.
Our planning experience includes corporate meeting planning, week-long conferences, food & music festivals, evening fundraising Galas, virtual events and more. We'd like to think we've done it all, but we are open to new challenges and experiences! We are co-planner's of the annual Baby Got Brunch™, entrusted with planning and designing the annual Indianapolis Repeal Party (since 2018), and plan a variety of events for large corporations and foundations who appreciate our discretion.
