We began our journey in planning in corporate events. Our repertoire includes a variety of events plus a team with over 10 years of hands on experience. We're ready to put our experience into action to make your next event a complete success! Corporate Events - Fundraisers - Festivals - & Everything Between!
Planning large scale events requires attention to details and anticipating needs before we even know you have them. We plan for the imaginable and unimaginable alike. This induces the large scale details, such as planning your event timeline, securing technology for presenters and setting up room blocks for your guests - - to the important yet seemingly inconsequential details like entry and egress points, number of trashcans and bathrooms, power needs, guest dietary restrictions and more.
Our planning experience includes corporate meeting planning, week-long conferences, food & music festivals, evening fundraising Galas, virtual events and more. We'd like to think we've done it all, but we are open to new challenges and experiences! We are co-planner's of the annual Baby Got Brunch™, entrusted with planning and designing the annual Indianapolis Repeal Party (since 2018), and plan a variety of events for large corporations and foundations who appreciate our discretion.
