Meet theTeam

Bridget Davis

Founder, Creative & Logistical Director

Bridget founded the event planning firm in 2014. Prior to starting the company, she was the private event sales manger for a 1200+ person venue, a beverage director, and an independent hospitality consultant for concerts and large scale events. Bridget uses her experience and roots in the hospitality industry to enhance relationships with vendors and advocate for her clients.

Bridget leads the corporate concierge services, full service weddings and is the creative juice squeezed into your event. Behind the scenes, Bridget reviews and oversees the execution of every event. While she may not physically be present the day of, she has hand touched every event the team produces.

Her most meaningful title is mother to her adventurous daughter, Stevie Rose. She spends her time outside of weddings and events creating magical moments with her family.

Favorite Wedding Moment: I love witnessing the genuine joy and laughter of the in-between moments.It's tough to narrow it down! The ceremony exit is at the top of my list. There is so much excitement in the room, and the newlyweds have the "We Did It" glow!

Camryn Callaghan

Lead Planner & Director of Coordination

Prior to event planning, Camryn spent 3 years in the classroom as an elementary school teacher. She used the BDE wedding coordination services for her own wedding, and fell in love with the wedding planning process. She reached out to Bridget looking for a change of pace, and soon found a new passion.

Camryn touches each wedding that lands in the hands of the firm; assisting with vendor outreach, timeline creation and client communication. She is also present on most wedding days as a lead coordinator or working behind the scenes to ensure no detail is missed.

Leisure Activities: On any given day, you can find me spending time with my husband & pup, at a baseball diamond or online shopping for clothes and home decor.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Education, Ball State University

Favorite Wedding Moment: Prepping a bride to walk down the aisle. It's the moment of the day where the "I'm getting married!" feelings really start to set in!

Favorite Wedding Moment: My favorite part of the wedding day is the first look. It’s one of the quiet moments of the day and you get to see the bride and groom during such a special moment. I get goosebumps every time.

Favorite Wedding Moment: My favorite part of the wedding day is when the celebration comes to a close, and hearing how at ease the couple was the entire day, thanks to our amazing BDE team doing exactly what we're here for :)

Leisure Activities: Binge watching the current show addiction. My dog is my best friend so I like to take her on walks and spend as much time with her as I can. I like to travel, try new foods, and experience different cultures.

Dream Travel Destination: Greece. I’d love to view the sunsets, see the ancient sites and white sands

Favorite Wedding Moment: My favorite part of a wedding day is witnessing the first dance between the bride and groom. All the emotions and hearing the song they choose will always be a top moment for me.
