University of Notre Dame Wedding Planning | Basilica of the Sacred Heart
Mahrie and Ryan's wedding took place at the breathtaking Basilica of the Sacred Heart, located on the campus of The University of Notre Dame. The beautiful ivy-covered walls, classic collegiate gothic buildings and dramatic basilica didn't disappoint and provided the most beautiful surroundings on their wedding day.
The Bride and Groom attended rival schools (If you've never witnessed a Michigan Vs. Notre Dame household, it's real...). I loved that this fun couple incorporated a bit of university rivalry on their wedding day. We were able to get the guys on the Fighting Irish field for some photos and the ladies had their Michigan gear ready to surprise the groom throughout the day.
