Repeal 2023 Venue Options

Estimated totals are adjusted for the needs of each venue. Final totals dependent on final decisions.

All Include an increased food budget of $2000 and an additional $800 for more decor or entertainment.

    • Will be decorated for Christmas

    • Need less decor

    • Flow from space to space: not one big open room

    • Will not need to rent banquet tables (cocktail tables not included)

    • Must return furniture to original setup

    • Will allow access to basement billiards room (VIP)

Newfields

  • Room Rental + $2,000 F&B Minimum - sounds like they won't allow us to bring in our own bartenders or it will cost a significant amount. $5000 to rent a nearby parking lot as winter lights is happening and parking won’t be allowed onsite. We’ll have to shuttle from the lot as well. Probably an additional $7000 in total.

Crowne Plaza

  • $1500 Rental + $10,000 F&B Minimum - unclear if they will allow us to bring in our own bartenders. I will clarify if you want to try to move forward. We can also prebatch cocktails and have their team service it at stations and then do some kind of showcase of each bartender.
