Room Rental + $2,000 F&B Minimum - sounds like they won't allow us to bring in our own bartenders or it will cost a significant amount. $5000 to rent a nearby parking lot as winter lights is happening and parking won’t be allowed onsite. We’ll have to shuttle from the lot as well. Probably an additional $7000 in total.

Crowne Plaza

$1500 Rental + $10,000 F&B Minimum - unclear if they will allow us to bring in our own bartenders. I will clarify if you want to try to move forward. We can also prebatch cocktails and have their team service it at stations and then do some kind of showcase of each bartender.
