We are ready to be your expert partner in guiding and advising you every step of the way in wedding planning. We begin by getting to know you, discussing your priorities and budget. This is a once in a lifetime event, and it's important to us that your day feels truly yours. Once we have a vision in hand, we begin building your dream vendor team to make the day come to life. We keep you on track, coordinate scheduling, and answer any questions along the way.

  • Wedding Budget: $150,000

    • Inclusion of travel for couple, Rehearsal dinner/  welcome reception and day after gathering in budget

  • Ideal Guest Count: 100-125 (may be flexible to 80)

  • Dream Location:

    • Mexico or Caribbean  - Tropical but not overly difficult for travel/budget friendly for guests

Full Service Planning
  • Full Service Wedding Planning ($7,500 Base)

    • Add ons included: ​

      • Venue Procurement​ (5 initial venues - $150/hr rate beyond the 5) OR  Welcome Reception Planning 

      • Additional fee would apply to be onsite at the welcome reception: $650 up to 4 hours (lead + assistant)

        • *included in estimation​

  • Additional fees apply for travel. Estimations will be provided after a location is chosen. BDE will book their own travel and accommodations. $2500 was our last assessed fee for the Dominican Republic.

  • Add ons:

    • Additional Events (dependent on event)

    • Additional Team Members ($450/ day + travel)

    • Welcome Bag Assembly (Est. $750-$1250)

    • Shipping items to and from destination (most items would incur shipping fee only, unless we needed to upgrade a vehicle to fit items)

    • Travel fees for site visit additional​

Before the Wedding Weekend:

  • Creation and/or collaboration of a style board(s) for couple’s reference  

    • Board used to gain quotes and partner with other vendors to make wedding vision come to life ​

  • Access to a shared folder with budgeting tools, RSVP tracking, Vendor Contracts & More

  • Outreach to potential vendors that match your style and request quotes/ contracts for your review

    • May include but not limited to: 

      • Florist, Entertainment, Caterer, Invitations, Officiant, transportation, Room Block, Hair & Makeup, Rentals, Photographer, Videographer, additional décor, etc.

  • Work within your budget to find/secure vendors to fit your vision

    • Flexibility is important to meet budget. We will help guide you in choosing items that will make the biggest impact​

  • Communication with all wedding vendors from date of booking 

  • Up to 6 in person or virtual meetings (May include: venue walk through, florist/caterer meetings, layout planning, timeline meeting, etc.)* 

  • Communications via Email. Monthly scheduled phone calls available if desired

  • Questionnaires about your wedding day from BDE to customize your timeline and day

*Facetime or phone call is a suitable substitute for in person meeting where applicable

Wedding Day:

Each wedding is unique. Below is a sample of services we may provide on the wedding day.

  • Team:

    • 1 Lead Planner 

    • 1 Assistant (add ons available)

    • Emergency Kit (a suitcase full of goodies: styling items, sewing kit, stain remover, etc…)

  • Manage Wedding Day 

    • Vendors: Oversee vendor setup & confirm orders 

      • Coordinate cues (ie: Ceremony musicians), confirm vendors are set and ready for each set of events​

      • Organize and distribute personal flowers 

      • Cue entertainment when party lighting is appropriate/ turn down reception lighting once open dancing begins

    • Remain accessible during event 

    • Handle any issues as they arise 

    • Collection of gifts and allocation to appropriate person

    • Coordinate reception departure transportation and/or formal send-off

  • Setup

    • Table names, place cards, favors, menus, guest book, send-off items, & signage 

    • Examine room/ tables to confirm they are set properly 

  • Guests & Wedding Party

    • Gently remind wedding party what is coming next throughout day
    • Choreograph Ceremony Processional 
    • ​​​​Notify special guests before appointed task
      • ​​i.e. ushers, special dances, intros, toasts

    • Encourage guests to take seats / move venues at the appropriate time

    • Assist guests in locating escort cards / dining tables

      • This wedding was fully planned for Mr. & Mrs. Pat McAfee. Due to Covid and several reschedule dates we had to move the wedding to Indianapolis. In 60 days we replanned the entire wedding of Mrs. McAfee’s dreams, and executed a rain back up plan the day of including extensive floral installs.
